摘要
阐述了热熔钻技术的工艺原理,对热熔钻工艺制造的零部件各项性能进行试验,与传统钻孔攻丝进行对比,确定其适用场合及工艺参数。同时,在车门铰链螺母板零件上利用热熔钻技术的优势,减薄零件厚度的同时又不降低螺纹连接强度,简化了加工和表面处理工序,降低了制造成本。为在其它零部件上利用该技术提供了一种思路。
The technology principle of flowdrill technology is described.The performance of the parts produced by the flowdrill process was tested,and compared with the traditional drilling tapping to determine the applicable occasions and process parameters.At the same time,the advantages of flowdrill technology are used on the plate parts to reduce the thickness without reducing the thread connection strength,simplifying the processing and surface treatment processes,reducing the manufacturing cost.This paper provides a way of thinking for others.
