浅析车身调整线安装工具的应用

A brief analysis of the application of installation tools in BIW line

乘用车外观件与车身的匹配精度,不仅直接影响车身调整线生产节拍,更体现了整车感知质量水平,进而决定了消费者对整车品质的认可度。文章对调整线安装工具的使用进行了研究,利用安装工具的稳定可调性,缩短了员工单台操作时间,保证了外观件与整车的匹配精度,为整车品质提升奠定了基础。

The matching precision of passenger cars’outer parts with body,not only directly affects the production takt of BIW line,but also reflects the perceived quality level,thus determines the consumer recognition of vehicle quality.The application of installation tools were studied in this paper.Using of the stable controllability of the installation tools,which can shorten single operation time,ensured the matching precision of outer parts with vehicle,and laid a foundation for vehicle quality promotion.
