Through the analysis and research on the oil leakage problem of aluminum alloy oil tanks for heavy truck vehicles,this article has solved the problem of oil leakage caused by fatigue cracking of oil tanks,and put forward improvement measures and suggestions from the aspects of parts design,processing,use and maintenance,etc.,effectively solving the oil leakage problem of oil tanks,and improving the performance and service life of oil tanks.
