小鼠肝炎病毒诊断技术的研究进展

Advances in the diagnosis of mouse hepatitis virus

小鼠肝炎是由小鼠肝炎病毒导致的一种传染病,小鼠肝炎病毒自然感染是经口和呼吸道途径。目前国内外的诊断技术主要有很多,例如病理学诊断、RT-PCR、IFA、MFI等。本文旨在对MHV的诊断技术做出综述,分析现有检测技术优缺点,为今后研究MHV的诊断技术提供理论依据。

Mouse hepatitis is an infectious disease caused by mouse hepatitis virus.At present,there are many diagnostic techniques at home and abroad,such as pathological diagnosis,rt-pcr,IFA,MFI,etc.This paper aims to summarize the diagnosis technology of MHV,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing detection technology,and provide theoretical basis for the future study of MHV diagnosis technology.
