关于高校思想政治辅导员双重身份与人文情怀的探讨

Discussion on dual identity and humanistic feelings of college political counselors

目前我国高校思想政治教育工作在一定程度上体现了人文情怀的缺失,而人文情怀的缺失将会导致高校的思想政治教育工作出现缺口。因此,利用思想政治辅导员的多重身份,将思想政治教育工作与人文情怀结合起来,将会推动高校的不断进步和发展,在学校建设和人才情感养成上形成新模式。本文先论述了高校思想政治辅导员的双重身份的由来,然后从两个方面探讨了辅导员的双重身份与人文情怀的关系。

The combination of ideological and political work and humanistic feelings with the multiple identities of ideological and political counselors will promote the continuous progress and development of colleges and universities and form a new model in school construction and talent emotional cultivation.This paper first discusses the origin of the dual identity of ideological and political counselors in universities,and then discusses the relationship between the dual identity and humanistic feelings from two aspects.
