摘要
采用混合溶剂热法制备了锂电池负极材料用四氧化三铁微球,对比分析了实心和中空四氧化三铁微球的显微形貌和电化学性能。结果表明,采用二乙二醇溶液和二乙二醇-聚乙二醇混合溶液可以分别制备四氧化三铁微球,前者为实心、后者为中空;中空四氧化三铁微球尺寸分布较为均匀,尺寸约为450 nm,单个微球晶格间距为0.25 nm;中空四氧化三铁微球充放电比容量远远大于四氧化三铁理论比容量;从循环50次容量保持率来看,实心和中空四氧化三铁微球容量保持率分别为6.5%和47%,中空四氧化三铁微球具有更好的循环稳定性。
The Fe3O4 microspheres for lithium battery negative electrode materials were prepared by mixed solvothermal method.The microstructure and electrochemical properties of solid Fe3O4 and hollow Fe3O4 spheres were compared and analyzed.Results showed that the use of diethylene glycol and diethylene glycol/polyethylene glycol mixed solution could prepare Fe3O4 microspheres;The former was solid,and the latter was hollow;Hollow Fe3O4 particle size distribution was uniform,the size was about 450 nm,and the lattice spacing for each microsphere was 0.25 nm;The charge discharge capacity of hollow Fe3O4 microspheres was much larger than the theoretical capacity of Fe3O4;From the capacity retention rate after 50 cycles,the capacity retention of solid and hollow Fe3O4 microspheres was 6.5%and 47%,respectively,and the hollow Fe3O4 microspheres had better cycling stability.
