基于技术创新的一般利润率下降规律研究

On the Law of Decline in the Rate of Profit from the Perspective of Technology Innovation

马克思一般利润率日益下降的趋势是对资本主义社会乃至人类社会的客观发展规律的历史性总结,是马克思资本积累理论与经济危机理论的重要组成部分。本文从技术创新角度,以劳动者劳动创造"新增价值NV"为基础,详细分析了新增价值指数δ(K)、劳动力价值V、新增价值NV和利润P等经济指标之间的关系,分别考察了危机期、萧条期、复苏期、高涨期以及衰退期的一般利润率P'的变化趋势和界定范围。研究发现,在社会化大生产条件下,马克思一般利润率日益下降的趋势"无论在什么社会条件下进行生产都一样",是具有普遍性的一般规律。

This article analyzes the dynamic of the rate of profit from the perspective of technology innovation in different states of business cycle and finds that the law of decline in the rate of profit always holds.It proposes the admission of Monetary Expression of Labor Time(MELT)index to eliminate the disturbance of fiat money and reflect the value of commodities and the value of labor more precisely.
