基于NX的竹木拼花地板个性化定制

摘要 为快速响应市场上对竹木拼花地板个性化定制需求,地板企业需要一套有效的设计方法和一款高效的软件工具。在剖析生成拼花图案的加工工艺基础上,提出基于NX软件实现竹木拼花地板个性化定制,并利用NX/OPEN二次开发工具和NX的用户专用化配置功能开发了CAD/CAM高效集成系统。在CAD模块中建立了竹木地板的结构参数,实现了地板参数化建模。在拼花图案的设计中,首先利用草图绘制和图库导入功能实现了拼花图案几何轮廓的设计,其次经分割面功能处理后,利用贴图和颜色编辑器功能实现了拼花单元的个性化搭配,最后利用建立雕刻凹槽功能实现了装饰雕刻花纹的生成。同时也开发出一键导出拼花图案几何轮廓的二维图纸功能,以供激光下料的尺寸支持。在CAM模块中针对雕刻花纹工序的加工模板进行了配置,同时利用NX/Post Builder对Nc Studio系统进行了后处理器配置。另外将生成的G代码导入Nc Studio仿真免卡版中进行验证,并成功证明了所配置后处理器的有效性。该系统能快速实现竹木拼花地板个性化定制,满足市场上的个性化定制需求。 In order to quickly respond to the personalized customization requirements of bamboo and wood parquet flooring in the market,flooring companies need an effective design method and an efficient software tool to make up for current deficiencies.Based on the analysis of processing technology of parquet pattern,NX software was proposed to improve the design of the personalized customization of bamboo and wood parquet flooring in this paper.In addition,an efficient integrated system of CAD/CAM was developed using the NX/OPEN secondary development tools and the functions of user-specific configuration.In the CAD module,the structure parameters of bamboo and wood flooring was established,and thus the function of the parametric modeling for bamboo and wood flooring was achieved.Firstly,in the design of the parquet pattern,the geometric outline of parquet pattern was improved using the functions of sketching and gallery importing.Secondly,after the surface of the model was processed using the function of splitting,the personalized collocation of parquet unit was realized by the functions of mapping and color editor.Finally,the creation of decorative carved pattern was realized using the function of setting up grooves.And the function of exporting 2D drawings of the geometric outline of the parquet pattern with one-button was also developed for the size support of laser cutting.In the CAM module,the process template of carved pattern was configured accordingly,and the post-processor configuration of the NcStudio system was carried out using the tool of NX/Post Builder.In addition,the generated G code was imported into the NcStudio simulation card-free version for verification,which proved the effectiveness of the configured post-processor.The efficient integrated system of CAD/CAM was developed to quickly realize the personalized customization of bamboo and wood parquet flooring and meet the demands for personalized customization in the market.
