摘要
习近平新时代监察思想是马克思主义监察思想中国化的最新成果,是新民主主义革命、社会主义建设与改革开放过程中监察实践的理论总结。习近平新时代监察思想阐明了深化国家监察体制改革的总体目标,论述了加强党的全面领导的基本原则,明确了构建集中统一、权威高效的监察体系的主要任务,强调了坚持以人民为中心、拓宽人民监督途径的价值目标。在思想内容上体现了继承性与创新性的辩证统一,在思想体系上体现了科学性和严谨性的辩证统一,在顶层设计上体现了系统性和协同性的辩证统一。
Xi Jinping's supervision thought for a new era is the latest achievement of supervision thought of Marxism adapted to Chinese conditions,which is a theoretical summary of the supervision practice in the process of ncw-dcmocratic revolution,socialist construction,and reform and opening up.In this thought,the overall goal of deepening the reform of the national supervision system has been clarified,the basic principles of strengthening the party's overall leadership has been discussed,the main tasks of establishing a centralized,unified,authoritative and efficient supervision system has been defined,and the value goal of adhering to taking the people as the center and broadening the people's supervision has been emphasized.It embodies the dialectical unity of inheritance and innovation in ideological content,scientific and rigorous in ideological system,and systematic and collaborative in top-level design.
