摘要
中国茶业起源于武陵地区,最早栽培茶树、制作茶叶的古代民族为武陵地区的"巴人"。西周时期,土家族祖先"巴人"就已种茶、制茶和饮茶,武陵地区成为中国茶业摇蓝、茶文化发祥地。历代世居武陵地区各民族祖先利用茶树,创造了历史悠久、内涵独特的茶文化。武陵地区"宜红工夫茶"始产于清代末期,发展于中华人民共和国建立初期。
Tea industry in China originated in Wuling area,and the first group of people growing and mak-ing tea were“Ba people”in ancient times.As early as in Western Zhou period,“Ba people”,the ancestors of Tujia nationality,began to grow,make and drink tea,making Wuling area the cradle of tea industry and tea culture in China.Generations of ancestors in this area used tea trees to create the long-standing and unique tea culture.The Yichang black tea in Wuling area originated in late Qing Dynasty and developed in early years of the new China.
