跨界协同 四链融通:职教集团化办学视角下广西茶产业链人才培养创新与实践

The Innovation and Practice of Talent Cultivation of Guangxi Tea Industry in the Context of Vocational-Education-Group Oriented School Running System

针对广西茶产业链人才教育供给数量不足、质量不高等问题,基于"对接茶产业链,优化专业链,创新服务链,激活人才培养链"的改革思路,组建广西茶业职业教育集团,统筹广西中高职院校茶叶专业布局,开展中高职衔接、现代学徒制等人才培养研究与实践,形成"产业链、专业链、培养链、服务链""四链融通"的职业院校茶产业链人才教育供给"广西方案"。

Faced with the insufficient quantity and low quality of talents of tea industry chain in Guangxi,the Guangxi Tea Vocational Education Group was established based on the reform of“jointing with the tea industry,optimizing the programs,innovating the service and activating the talent cultivation”.It makes overall arrangements of the tea majors in secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges of Guangxi to carry out the connecting of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges and study the talent cultivation of modern apprenticeship so as to form a“Guangxi Scheme”for talent cultivation of tea industry in vocational colleges,which includes a“four-chain integration”(industry chain,program chain,cultivation chain and service chain).
