The core of collaborative innovation is the full release of knowledge sharing and the integration of resources into value-added synergies.The collaborative innovation in colleges and universities is a kind of innovation of knowledge production method based on knowledge integration.This paper analyzes the collaborative innovation in colleges and universities from two dimensions:Synergertios and Innovation theory.As well as the function orientation and value pursuit of collaborative innovation in the innovation system and social economic development.Therefore,to build a system of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities,in order to promote the rapid transformation of innovation results,and the development of talents and industrial development in universities and colleges will be formed.
