田湾核电站组件筒体部件自动焊接工艺

摘要 筒体部件是田湾核电站TVS-2M高燃耗核燃料组件的关键组成部分之一,起重要的固定保护、吊装定位、控制组件连接口的作用。由于其具有组成零件多、结构复杂、焊接及尺寸精度要求高的特点,国产化试制初期生产周期、返修率、废品率居高不下,造成严重的工艺瓶颈。为保证堆芯产品的质量,提高核电安全水平,有必要进行技术研究以提高核燃料制造水平及质量,降低生产成本。针对核电堆芯燃料国产化试制中遇到的工艺技术瓶颈,从焊接设备改造、焊接夹具设计、生产效率提高等角度研究筒体部件的自动焊工艺,其衍生的设计已获得4项实用新型专利并已授权。 The upper shell is one of the key parts of the TVS-2M high burn up nuclear fuel assembly using in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant,which has the irreplaceable important function such as lifting fuel assembly,the control rods entrance,buffering and damping,ect.The upper shell has the characteristics of many components,complex structure,high requirements in dimensional accuracy and welding quality.The product production cycle,repair rate,rejection rate are high in the initial stage of localization trial production,resulting in serious process bottleneck.To ensure the quality of the product of nuclear reactor,it is necessary to study to grasp its core technology.The ultimate realization of manufacturing technology localization of the upper shell,to improve quality and reduce cost.In view of welding equipment modification,welding fixture design,productivity improvement,introduce the research work of manufacturing technical difficulties of automatic welding technology of the upper shell localization.The design of the research derivative has applied for 4 related utility model patents and been authorized.
