摘要
大型汽轮机焊接转子具有材料强度高、壁厚大、坡口间隙窄、拘束度大、多层多道焊、焊缝与母材分别产生不同相变等特点,残余应力分布十分复杂。针对环状25Cr2Ni4MoV焊接模拟试件建立了轴对称有限元模型,研究焊接和热处理两种状态的残余应力和变形,并与实测结果进行对比分析。结果表明,模拟数据和实验数据从分布趋势和峰值位置来看都拟合较好,且应力分布均为"拉-压-拉"。
Large-scale steam turbine welding rotor has the characteristics of high material strength,large wall thickness,narrow groove gap,high degree of restraint,multi-layer multi-channel welding and different phase transformation of weld and base metal resp-ectively,and the residual stress distribution is very complicated.An axisymmetric finite element model is established for the annular 25Cr2Ni4MoV welding simulation specimen.The residual stress and deformation of welding and heat treatment are studied and compared with the measured results.The results show that the simulation data and the experimental data are well fitted from the distribution trend and the peak position,and the stress distribution is"Pull-pressure-pull".
