摘要
为研究焊接转速、进给速度以及塞棒锥角等不同条件下对摩擦塞焊第一阶段摩擦扭矩的影响,建立了摩擦塞焊第一阶段摩擦扭矩数学模型,并以7075-T6铝合金为对象进行多组摩擦塞焊试验。结果表明:在塞棒锥角相同的条件下,第一阶段的峰值扭矩以及达到该峰值扭矩所需时间均受焊接进给速度、焊接转速的影响,并且随着焊接进给速度的增大,峰值扭矩也会相应增大,随着焊接转速的提高,峰值扭矩则会相应减小,而增大焊接进给速度和转速都相应的减少达到峰值扭矩所需时间;随着塞棒锥角的增大峰值扭矩之前的摩擦扭矩会增大,但并不会对峰值扭矩和达到峰值扭矩所需时间产生影响。
The effects of various situations on friction torque in the first phase for repairing of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy by friction plug welding were analyzed,and the friction torque mathematical model in the first phase of frictional plug welding was established.The various conditions include welding feed speed,welding rotation speed,taper angle of the plug.The results showed that,the peak torque and elapsed time for peak torque to it were affected by welding feed speeds and welding rotation speeds.The peak torque decreased with increasing the welding rotation speed and it increased with increasing the welding feed speed,and the elapsed time for peak torque decreased with increasing the welding feed speed and the welding rotation speed.As the taper angle of the plug increased,the friction torque before the peak torque increased accordingly,but the peak torque and the elapsed time for peak torque hardly changed.
