摘要
漆包线焊接机为热压焊工艺,主要用于定子、转向器等产品的焊接。焊接原理是将端子与有绝缘层的导线加热压接在一起,使之连通导电的一种焊接方法。借助生产现场的工程内不良,通过分析热压焊接机理,在原有的预压、焊接、保压、休止4个阶段的基础上,优化焊接方案,加入预热阶段。同时对比标杆水平,分析确定焊接过程主要控制参数。通过开展DOE试验,确定最优控制参数。以小批量生产验证,落实控制方法,最终将工程内不良率由改善前的1.29%降至0,实现了真正的零缺陷。
Enameled wire welding machine is a hot pressure welding technology,and it is mainly used to weld the products like stator and steering gear etc.It is a welding method that can heat the terminal and wire with insulation layer,then pressure welding them together,making them connected and conduct electricity.With the help of the internal engineering defect in the production site,and through the analysis of the welding machine's theory,optimize the welding proposals based on the four stages of original prepressing,welding,pressure maintaining and ceasing,adding the preheating stage into it.Meanwhile,compare it with the benchmark's level,analyze and determine the main control parameters during the welding process.The optimal control parameters are determined by carrying out the DOE test.Verification in small batch production,implementation of control methods,and ultimately reduce the internal engineering badness rate from 1.29%to 0,achieving the real zero defect.
