摘要 为了解决焊机配套工业机器人的通讯问题,介绍了一种如何利用焊机配套工业机器人的混合通讯方法,并且在基于华远焊机配套发那科(FAUNC)机器人上实现。采取了数字通讯和模拟通讯并用的通讯方式,不但实现了普通的焊接功能,而且实现了接触传感功能和电弧跟踪功能,极大地提高了整套设备的现场生产能力。整套工业机器人焊接系统性价比高、适用性强。 In order to solve the communication problems of the welding machine supporting industrial robots,introduces a hybrid communication method of industrial robot with welding machine and realizes it on FAUNC robot based on Huayuan welding machine.The method of digital communication and analog communication is adopted,which not only realizes the ordinary welding function,but also realizes the touch sensing function and arc tracking function,which greatly improves the on-site survival ability of the entire set of equipment.The complete set of industrial robotic welding system is not only cost-effective,but also strong applicability.
