组合梁具有良好的力学性能和结构特性,广泛用于海洋钢结构及LNG模块的建造。组合梁结构相对简单,遵循着较为固定的预制流程,但却对质量过程控制提出了较高的要求,需要注意的细节众多,且前后工序联系紧密,涉及较多的图纸规范以及焊接方法,同时要求检验人员熟悉行业标准和各种工机具的使用,对检验人员记录反馈问题的能力也提出了一定要求。详细介绍了组合梁的预制流程,讨论组合梁预制各个环节中的过程控制措施和检验要点。
The plate girder is widely used in the construction of offshore steel structures and LNG modules due to its good mechanical property and structural characteristics.The constitution of plate girder is relatively simple and the pre-fabrication process is relatively regular.But it presents a high demand on process control that great attention needs to be paid to the specific details.Also all the steps are in a tight connection.The construction is involved in various drawings and welding process.Meanwhile,the inspector should not only grasp the use of inspection standards and instruments but need to be capable to record and feedback the observation during the construction.Introduces the fabrication procedure of plate girder in detail and discusses the process control measures and inspection key points during fabrication.
