摘要
浮游植物是水生态和水环境评价的重要参数。目前浮游植物的计数方法存在系统误差,影响了计数的准确性。比较了自然沉淀法、超声振荡法和离心沉淀法的前处理步骤和时间以及采用不同显微镜观测,并在优化条件下,将上述方法应用于实际水样浮游植物的检测,实验结果表明,固定时间5h的倒置显微镜自然沉淀法满足了浮游植物精准检测分析要求。
Phytoplankton is an important parameter for the evaluation of hydro-ecology and water environment.At present,the count methods of phytoplankton have large systematic error that affects the accuracy of count.The paper compares the pretreatment step and time of the natural precipitation method,ultrasonic oscillation method and the centrifugal precipitation method and adopts the different microscopes and observation.Under the optimization condition,the above-mentioned methods are applied for the inspection of actual water sample phytoplankton.The results show that the natural precipitation method of inverted microscope of the fixed time of 5h meets the requirements of the accuracy inspection of the phytoplankton.
