广州医疗机构康复医学科研与教学资源配置分析

Resources allocation of teaching and research of rehabilitation medicine at rehabilitation medical institutions in Guangzhou

目的 了解各康复医疗机构在科研教学方面的情况,以便更好地推进康复医学的发展。方法 从广州市三级、二级综合医院和康复医院中随机各选取5所作为研究对象,通过问卷调查与实地走访,同时参照广东省卫生和计划生育委员会信息中心所提供资料,了解各单位近3年的科研与继续教育能力。结果 三级综合医院康复科近3年人均科研能力明显强于二级综合医院和康复医院,但康复医院在继续教育能力、实习进修带教能力要强于三级综合医院与二级综合医院,二级综合医院在科研与继续教育方面均逊于三级综合医院与康复医院。结论 高学历、高职称康复人才主要集中在三级综合医院康复医学科;康复医院和二级综合医院要重视科研与教学能力的培养。

Objective To understand the situation of the teaching and research of rehabilitationmedical institutions,and to promote the development of rehabilitation medicine.Methods From Octoberto December,2015,5hospitals were selected from grade three and two general hospitals and rehabilitationhospitals in Guangzhou as study objects.Their research and continuing education ability were understood byquestionnaire survey and site visit and in reference to the data provided by Information Center of Guangdong Health Commission.Results The scientific research ability was higher in the rehabilitation department of the tertiary comprehensive hospitals than in that of the grade two hospital or rehabilitation hospital.However,the ability of continuing education and training in rehabilitation hospital is better than that in the grade three and two comprehensive hospitals.The ability of research and continuing education in the grade two comprehensive hospitals was inferior to the tertiary comprehensive and rehabilitation hospital.Conclusion People with high education degree and high professional title mainly concentrate at the department of rehabilitation medicine in tertiary comprehensive hospitals;rehabilitation hospitals and grade two comprehensive hospitals should attach more importance to the cultivation of scientific research and teaching ability.
