天津市宝坻区健康体检者血尿流行现况分析

Present situation of hematuresis in healthy subjects at Baodi District,Tianjin

目的 统计天津市宝坻区健康体检者血尿流行情况并进行分析。方法 选取2017年6月至10月宝坻区的健康体检者体检结果,剔除重复体检者和临床资料不齐全者,最后保留7 560例健康体检者作为研究对象,使用迪瑞H-500尿液分析仪和配套试纸进行尿液分析。结果 7 560例健康体检者血尿阳性率为15.70%,其中男性血尿阳性率为11.21%,女性血尿阳性率为22.66%,各年龄段女性血尿阳性率均高于男性(均P<0.05),阳性率随着年龄增大而增高;男性单纯血尿、血尿合并白细胞尿、血尿合并蛋白尿的阳性率分别为9.23%、0.54%、1.70%,女性单纯血尿、血尿合并白细胞尿、血尿合并蛋白尿的阳性率分别为15.64%、6.41%、1.15%,男性单纯血尿、血尿合并白细胞尿的阳性率均明显低于女性(均P<0.05);性别、年龄、高血压、高血脂是导致血尿的独立危险因素。结论 注意个人体检,对于存在危险因素的人群要加强血尿筛查,同时要警惕孤立性血尿的发生,早发现早治疗。

Objective To calculate and analyze the present situation of hematuresis in healthy subjects at Baodi District,Tianjin.Methods The physical examination results of healthy subjects at Baodi District were collected from June to October,2017.The healthy subjects with repeat physical examination and incomplete clinical data were excluded.Finally,7 560 healthy subjects were retained as research objects and the urine was analyzed by Dirui H-500 urine analyzer and matching test paper.Results The positive rate of hematuresis was 15.70%in the 7 560 healthy subjects;the positive rate of hematuresis was 11.21%in the male and 22.66%in the female.The positive rates of hematuresis in the female of all ages were significantly higher than those of the male(all P<0.05).The positive rate increased with age.The positive rates of simple hematuresis,hematuresis combined with leukocytouria,hematuresis combined with proteinuria were 9.23%,0.54%,and 1.70%in the male,and 15.64%,6.41%,and 1.15%in the female.The positive rates of simple hematuresis and hematuresis combined with leukocytouria were significantly lower in the male than in the female(both P<0.05).Sex,age,high blood pressure,and high blood lipids were independent risk factors for hematuresis.Conclusion Attention should be paid to personal physical examination.Screening of hematuria should be strengthened for people with risk factors;and we should be vigilant for isolated hematuria,and take early detection and early treatment.
