熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合清淤利胆汤治疗肝内胆汁淤积症患者的效果

Ursodeoxycholic acid capsules combining Qingyu Lidan Decoction for intrahepatic cholestasis

目的 探讨熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合清淤利胆汤治疗肝内胆汁淤积症患者的效果。方法 选取2012年4月至2017年4月本院收治的肝内胆汁淤积症患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗,观察组熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合清淤利胆汤治疗,评估两组治疗疗效及安全性,观察肝功能变化情况。结果 观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肝功能指标水平显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合清淤利胆汤治疗肝内胆汁淤积症患者可促进患者肝功能恢复,增强临床疗效,缓解临床症状,且安全性好,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid capsules combining Qingyu Lidan Decoction for intrahepatic cholestasis.Methods 100 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis treated at our hospital from April,2012 to April,2017 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,50 cases for each group.The control group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules,and the observation group with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules and Qingyu Lidan Decoction.The effect and safety were evaluated.And the hepatic function was observed.Results The total effective rate was higher and the liver function indicators were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ursodeoxycholic acid capsules combining Qiingyu Lidan Decoction for intrahepatic cholestasis can improve the patients’liver function and treatment effect and relieve their clinical symptoms and is safe,so it is worth for reference
