多囊卵巢综合征发病与TNF-α、PYY及IL-1ra相关性研究

目的 探究与分析多囊卵巢综合征发病与TNF-α、PYY及IL-1ra相关性。方法 选取本院自2015年6月至2017年6月收治的56例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为观察组,另选择同时收治的51例健康女性作为对照组,对比两组研究对象激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、酪酪肽(PYY)、白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂(IL-1ra)]的水平,并探讨两组研究对象各指标的异同及相关性。结果 观察组与对照组相比FSH水平较低、LH、T及LH/FSH水平较高,TNF-α、IL-1ra水平较高,PYY水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中TNF-α、IL-1ra分别与LH/FSH及T具有显著的正向相关性(P<0.05),PYY分别与LH/FSH及T具有显著的负相关性(P<0.05)。对照组中TNF-α、IL-1ra分别与LH/FSH及T不具有显著的相关性(P>0.05)。观察组患者TNF-α、IL-1ra与PYY之间具有显著的负相关性(r=﹣0.45,-0.506;P<0.05),TNF-α与IL-1ra之间呈现出显著的正相关性(r=0.32,P<0.05)。结论 多囊卵巢综合征的发生可能受到激素指标的影响,该疾病的发生发展与TNF-α、IL-1ra、PYY具有一定的相关性。

Objective To explore and analyze the correlation between the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome and TNF-alpha,PYY,and IL-1ra.Methods 56 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as observation group,51 cases of healthy women during the same period were selected as control group.The levels of hormone indexes[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-alpha),peptide tyrosine tyrosine(PYY),interleukin 1 receptor antagonist(IL-1ra)]were compared between the two groups,to explore the similarities and differences of each index and correlation between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the level of FSH in the observation group was lower,the levels of LH,T,and LH/FSH were higher,the levels of TNFalpha and IL-1ra were higher,and the level of PYY was lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-1ra were significantly positively correlated with the levels of T and LH/FSH(P<0.05),the level of PYY was significantly negatively correlated with the levels of T and LH/FSH(P<0.05).In the control group,the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-1ra were not significantly correlated with the levels of T and LH/FSH(P>0.05).In the observation group,the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-1ra were significantly negatively correlated with the level of PYY(r=-0.45,-0.506;P<0.05),the level of TNF-alpha was significantly positively correlated with the level of IL-1ra(r=0.32,P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of polycystic ovary syndrome may be affected by hormone indexes,and the occurrence and development of the disease is related to PYY,TNF-α,IL-1ra.
