系统性红斑狼疮合并横贯性脊髓炎患者的护理

Nursing experience for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicating by transverse myelitis

总结11例系统性红斑狼疮合并横贯性脊髓炎患者的护理体会。通过抽搐护理、发热护理、大小便护理、皮肤护理及心理护理,11例患者均病情稳定出院,便秘及小便失禁得到缓解。6例患者能自解大便,5例患者能自解小便。5例患者肌力得到不同程度的恢复。总体疗效满意。

This article summarized the nursing experience of 11 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)complicating by transverse myelitis.After convulsion care,fever care,urination and defecation care,skin care,and psychological care,11 patients were discharged from hospital under stable condition,whose constipation and urinary incontinence were relieved.Six patients were able to defecate themselves and five patients were able to urinate themselves.The muscle strength of 5 patients was restored to different degrees.The overall effect was satisfactory.
