阿尔茨海默病的多模态影像学分析的研究进展

摘要 阿尔茨海默病在老年退行性疾病中占据着一个重要的角色。不管在国内外,老年人占人口总数的比例逐渐增大,导致阿尔茨海默病发病率不断增加,这对现代社会发展是个巨大挑战。阿尔茨海默病从它的病理生理改变到临床表现有一定的隐匿期。当发现特征的临床表现时,疾病已进入了中晚期,并对人类的生活质量影响颇大。为此,我们需要对阿尔茨海默病,特别是在影像学方面,作出尽早的诊断。因为影像学诊断一直以来都是阿尔茨海默病不可或缺的检查手段。本文主要阐述多种影像学方法(包括CT、MRI、PET等)在阿尔茨海默病诊断的发展。 Alzheimer's disease occupies an important role in geriatric degenerative diseases.Regardless of whether it is at home or at abroad,the proportion of elderly people in the total population gradually increases,resulting in an increase in the incidence of Alzheimer's disease,which is a huge challenge to the development of modern society.Alzheimer's disease has a certain hidden period from its pathophysiological changes to clinical manifestations.When the clinical features are discovered,the disease has entered the middle or late stage and has a great impact on quality of life of human.Therefore,we need to make an early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease,especially in radiology.Because the imaging diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease has always been an indispensable means of inspection.This article focuses on the development of various imaging diagnostic methods(including CT,MRI,PET,etc.)in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.
