浦东新区全科医师心身医学能力调查分析

Investigation on the Ability of Psychosomatic Disease in General Practitioners in Pudong New Area

目的了解全科医师心身疾病临床实践能力,为改进心身医学培训方式和制定区域政策提供依据。方法采用自编问卷调查的方法对浦东新区各社区卫生服务中心全科医师进行调查。结果本次调查回收问卷102份,其中,有效问卷100份,有效率为98.04%。全科医师中以女性,工作年限11年以上,中级及以上职称,本科及以上学历为主。在临床实践中,对于识别和处理心身疾病不确定或否定的全科医师分别达到67%和78%。结论基层医疗的医患关系更持久、全面,医患双方的熟识有助于疾病的诊疗,开展针对性的心身医学知识培训,有望提升全科医师心身疾病诊疗能力。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the ability of psychosomatic disease in general practitioners,and to provide the basis for improving the quality of psychosomatic medicine training and formulating the corresponding regional policy.METHODS All the general practitioners who took part in the trainings of Psychosomatic medicine from the Community Health Centre in Pudong New Area were accepted the investigation by the self-made questionnaires.RESULTS In the current survey,102 questionnaires were collected,of which 100 were valid,and the effective rate was 98.04%.The major of the general practitioners were female,working for more than 11 years,attending physician,and bachelor degree.However,in clinical practice,67%and 78%of the general practitioners were unsure or negative for the identification and treatment of psychosomatic diseases,respectively.CONCLUSION The doctor-patient relationship in primary health care was lasting and comprehensive,and the familiarity between doctor and patient was helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.So the training of psychosomatic medicine knowledge in the area could help the general practitioners to improve their ability of the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic disease.
