摘要
针对总线数据帧传输异常问题,利用IBIM综合测试盒实时测定车辆BMW F18的K-CAN信号电压突变值,识别和判断出数据帧传输异常原因。试验分析了K-CAN网数据帧稳态传输、CAN-H对地加载、CAN-H对电源加载、CAN-L对地加载、CAN-L对电源加载、CAN-H与CAN-L之间加载不同电阻、CAN-H或CAN-L断路和CAN-H与CAN-L互换波形变化。结果表明,总线数据帧传输异常将导致K-CAN网数据波形异常,不同原因引起的K-CAN网数据信号杂波其形态有一定区别,采用波形分析方法可实现K-CAN总线数据帧传输异常状况的甄别。
To research the problem of abnormal bus data frame transmission,real-time signal voltage mutation value of BMW F18 K-CAN was measured by the IBIM synthetic testing box,and the cause of abnormal transmission on data bus was identified.Experiments compared and analyzed signal waveform of K-CAN under the conditions of data steady transmission,CAN-H to ground loaded with different resistance,CAN-H to battery loaded with different resistance,CAN-L to ground loaded with different resistance,CAN-L to battery loaded with different resistance,between CAN-H and L loaded with different resistance,CAN-H or L was disconnected,CAN-H and L were interchanged.Experimental results indicated that abnormal data transmission may cause abnormal signal waveform of K-CAN bus;and the different K-CAN signal clutter had a certain different forms and reasons.Experimental results were effective for the identification of abnormal data transmission.
