基于熵值法和突变级数法的陕西省烟叶质量综合评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了得到陕西省烟叶质量评价体系,立足于陕西省烤烟研究实际,选取陕西安康、宝鸡、汉中、商洛、咸阳、延安6个烟区54个C3F等级烟叶样本,将化学成分和感官质量作为评价指标,运用熵值法和突变级数法来综合评价烟叶质量,并用聚类分析方法将烟叶分成"优、中、差"三类,同时用判别分析方法验证了评价模型及烟叶质量等级划分的合理性。优质烟样品33个,占61%,中等质量烟20个,占37%,较差质量烟1个,用判别分析预测烟叶质量分类准确率85%以上。研究结果表明,该评价模型能反映烟叶综合质量状况,陕西省优质烟区集中在安康、汉中、商洛烟区。 Based on the actual production of flue-cured tobacco in Shaanxi Province,the chemical composition and sensory quality of 54 C3F grade tobacco samples from Ankang,Baoji,Hanzhong,Shangluo,Xianyang and Yan’an were used as evaluation indexes to obtain the tobacco quality evaluation system in Shaanxi Province.Entropy method and catastrophe progression method were used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of tobacco leaves.And the tobacco leaves were divided into three grades by the cluster analysis method:the good,medium and inferior grades.At the same time,the rationality of the evaluation model and the grading of tobacco quality were verified by the method of discriminant analysis.There are 33 first-class tobacco sample,accounting for 61%,20 medium tobacco samples,accounting for 37%and 1 inferior tobacco sample.And using the method of discriminant analysis to predict tobacco quality,the classification accuracy is above 85%.The results show that this evaluation model can reflect the actual situation of comprehensive quality of tobacco leaves and the quality tobaccos are mainly produced inareas like Ankang,Hanzhong,and Shangluo in Shaanxi Province.
