4种常用水产药物对大鳞鲃的急性毒性试验 被引量:6

摘要 在水温(24.1±1.5)℃、pH 8.41±0.12、溶解氧(6.1±0.9)g/L条件下,采用静态试验法研究阿维菌素、聚维酮碘、三氯异氰尿酸和敌百虫4种渔药对体质量(63.4±19.3)g大鳞鲃的急性毒性。试验结果显示,4种药物中敌百虫的96h半致死质量浓度最低(0.709mg/L),阿维菌素(1.000mg/L)和三氯异氰尿酸(3.548mg/L)次之,聚维酮碘最高(50.106mg/L),即毒性大小为敌百虫>阿维菌素>三氯异氰尿酸>聚维酮碘。敌百虫、阿维菌素、三氯异氰尿酸和聚维酮碘的安全质量浓度分别为0.253、0.616、0.798mg/L和13.397mg/L。试验结果表明,三氯异氰尿酸安全质量浓度略低于常规用量,在生产中应谨慎使用;阿维菌素、敌百虫和聚维酮碘安全质量浓度均高于常规用量,可安全使用。 The acute toxicity of abamectin,poly vinyl pyrrolidone(PVP),trichloroisocyanuric acid and dipterex to Barbus capito with body weight of(63.4±19.3)g was tested at water temperature of(24.l i t 1.5)°C,pH 8.41±0.12,and dissolved oxygen level of(6.1±0.9)mg/L by a hydrostatic test method.The results showed that the minimal 96 h median-lethal concentration(LC50)was observed in dipterex(0.709 mg/L),and the maximal in PVP(50.106 mg/L),1.000 mg/L in abamectin and 3.548 mg/L in trichloroisocyanuric acid,with descending order as dipterex>abamectin>trichloroisocyanuric acid>PVP.The safe concentration(SC)was found to be 0.128 mg/L in dipterex,0.616 mg/L in abamectin,0.798 mg/L in trichloroisocyanuric acid and 13.397 mg/L in PVP.The findings indicate that there was lower SC in trichloroisocyanuric acid than in the conventional chemicals,caution use in practice,and that higher SC was in abamectin,dipterex and PVP than the conventional chemicals,safe application in disease control of Barbus capito.
