摘要
采用浸渍法制备了0.7%Pt/ZSM-5-Al_2O_3催化剂,并在固定床管式反应器中考察了脂肪酸甲酯的加氢脱氧反应的反应温度、压力、液时空速、氢/油体积比对柴油质量收率的影响,以及与脱羰/脱羧反应选择性的关系。结果表明,反应温度升高、压力减小、液时空速增大时,有利于脱羰/脱羧反应;优化的反应条件为:反应温度340℃、压力2 MPa、液时空速0.5h-1、氢/油体积比1000。在此条件下,气态与液态产物质量分数分别为8.80%与89.41%,柴油馏分的液态烃质量收率为80.22%,脱羧与脱氧反应比值为3.17。
0.7%Pt/ZSM-5-Al 2O 3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method,and applied in the hydrodeoxygenation reaction of fatty acid methyl esters,which was carried out in fixed bed tubular reactors.The effects of temperature,pressure,LHSV and hydrogen-oil volume ratio on diesel were investigated.Moreover,the correlation between the reaction conditions and the selectivity of decarbonylation/decarboxylation reaction was explored.The results show that with the increasing of reaction temperature and LHSV or the decreasing of pressure,the decarbonylation/decarboxylation reaction becomes enhanced.The optimum reaction conditions are reaction temperature of 340℃,reaction pressure of 2 MPa,LHSVof 0.5 h-1 and hydrogen-oil volume ratio of 1000.Under the optimum conditions,the major products were gaseous hydrocarbons and liquid organic compounds,with mass fractions of 8.80%and 89.41%,respectively.The yield of the biodiesel reaches 80.22%and the ratio of the decarboxylation/hydrodeoxygenation is 3.17.
