烟炱对有机钼减摩剂减摩性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在SRVⅣ摩擦磨损试验机上,采用柱-盘线接触方式,考察了2种有机钼减摩剂M1和M2在含烟炱和不含烟炱柴油机油中的减摩性能,借助扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪(SEM/EDX)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等分析手段,探讨了烟炱对有机钼减摩剂减摩性能影响的原因。结果表明,烟炱会导致有机钼减摩剂减摩性能变差,M2在含烟炱润滑油中减摩效果优于M1。通过对摩擦副表面进行SEM/EDX分析和吸附实验表明,烟炱对有机钼减摩剂的吸附作用是导致其减摩性能下降的主要原因。 The anti-friction of two kinds of organo-molybdenum friction modifier M1 and M2 were investigated by using cylinder-disc reciprocating mode on the SRV IV oscillating reciprocating friction and wear tester in diesel engine oil with and without diesel soot.The scanning electron microscopy/energy-dispersive X-ray detector(SEM/EDX),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to probe the mechanism that diesel soot made the organo-molybdenum friction modifier ineffective.The results indicated that diesel soot could significantly reduce the anti-friction property of organo-molybdenum friction modifier.However,M2 has better anti-friction property than M1 in diesel soot contaminated engine oil.Through the analysis of friction pairs surface by SEM/EDX and adsorption test,it demonstrates that the adsorption effect of diesel soot is the main reason which leads to ineffective of organo-molybdenum friction modifier in diesel soot contaminated engine oil.
