摘要
为培养学生掌握无机-有机杂化材料水热合成方法,探索了水热法合成多钒硼氧簇化合物的实验过程,总结适合于实验教学的水热合成条件,并确定利用X-射线单晶衍射法测定结构的步骤,进一步利用红外光谱对化合物进行表征。该实验从产品制备到确定结构及性能表征,时间和步骤安排合理,可操作性强,适宜在本科生综合实验及研究生实验教学中应用、推广。
In order to train students to master the hydrothermal synthesis methods of inorganic-organic hybrid materials,the experimental teaching process of hydrothermal synthesis of polyoxovanadium borate cluster was studied.The hydrothermal synthesis conditions which were suitable for experimental teaching were concluded,and the steps of single crystal structure determination of the compounds via X-ray single crystal diffraction method were investigated.On the basis of the structure determination,the compounds were further characterized by IR spectra.The timing and steps of the experiment are reasonable for teaching from the compound preparation to the structure determination and characteristics performance.The operation of the experiment is convenient so that it is suitable for undergraduate comprehensive experiment and graduate experiment teaching.
