分户墙门窗隔声薄弱部位测量方法 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了声强仪测量墙体声强的传统方法,通过测试透过墙体的声能大小判断隔声薄弱部位。通过实验研究和工程实践,提出采用A声级测量法对分户墙和门窗薄弱部位进行排查的试验方法。其应用条件是,分户墙已经出现隔声问题,且室内声环境值≤30 d B(A),要求测试设备采用符合Ι级的精密声级计。若室内声环境大于30 d B(A)采用不同温度场的红外热呈像法,对分户墙,门窗进行红外拍摄分析,结果可判断墙体,门窗隔声问题。采用A声级和红外热成像法可方便准确地分析出隔声薄弱部位,从而判断隔声薄弱部位责任方问题,承担完成治理整改工作。 Ledger wall,doors and Windows are the main sound insulation parts of the enclosure structure.The acoustic problems found during the completion acceptance are easy to be rectified,but if problems are found afterwards,it would involve the confirm of the responsible party.This paper introduced the traditional method of measuring insulation effect of the wall by the sound intensity meter.The A sound level measurement method was proposed to check the weak parts.If the ledger wall has sound insulation problems,and the indoor acoustic environment value is 30 db(A)or less,only A level precision sound level meter is required.If the indoor acoustic environment is greater than 30dB(A),then the infrared thermal imaging method of different temperature fields is adopted to conduct infrared photography which can analysed for the ledge walls and windows.The results can be used to judge the sound insulation problems of walls and windows so as to determine the responsibility of the weak parts of sound insulation and undertake the management and rectification work.
