音圈电机一维运动迟滞补偿教学平台 被引量:1

摘要 搭建了一套适用于教学的音圈电机一维运动迟滞补偿平台。采用广义Prandtl-Ishlinskii迟滞模型对音圈电机的迟滞现象进行建模,利用粒子群算法对模型的参数进行识别,通过多个粒子向最优解不断逼近,每次取众多粒子中最优的粒子的解,得到最接近实验数据的拟合参数,使得迟滞模型很好地描述音圈电机一维运动的状态。通过反演算法进行迟滞补偿。实验结果验证该算法能够很好地校正迟滞现象带来的位移偏差。教学平台能够使学生更好地理解迟滞现象及其影响,学会建立音圈电机的迟滞模型和补偿音圈电机的迟滞现象。 In order to help students to study and understand the hysteresis phenomenon,a one-dimensional teaching platform for hysteresis compensation of voice coil motor is established.Meanwhile,the generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii hysteresis model is used to model the hysteresis of the voice coil motor,and the particle swarm algorithm(PSO)is used to find the optimal approximation solution to identify the parameters of the model.By approaching the optimal solution in all solutions calculated by multiple particles,the optimal solution of the particles in a number of particles is taken each time,and the fitting parameters which are closest to the experimental data are obtained.The hysteresis model can describe the motion state of voice coil motor in one dimension.The hysteresis compensation is eventually performed by the inversion algorithm.The experimental results show that the algorithm can correct the deviation caused by hysteresis.Students can have a better understanding of the hysteresis phenomenon and its effect on the motion by the teaching platform.Meanwhile,this platform helps students learn how to establish the hysteresis model of the voice coil motor and compensate for the hysteresis of the voice coil motor.
