摘要
近年来BIM技术及虚拟模拟建造技术广泛应用于工业化装配过程,推动了我国预制装配建造技术的发展。为适应预制化建筑管理人才培养的需要,将BIM技术应用于预制装配虚拟仿真教学实验,基于该建设实践,探讨了虚拟工业化装配仿真教学线下"实践面——工地现场施工技术"与线上"应用面——协同仿真建造实验"相结合、教学资源与科研成果相结合的创新型途径,并结合实际教学案例以及新型工业化装配虚拟仿真实验室平台创建的特色,发展和推进BIM技术在虚拟装配流程实验平台建设中的应用。
In recent years,BIM and virtual simulation have widely used in industrial assembly processes,it is adding fuel to the transformation of China’s construction technology.In order to adapt the needs of the personnel training in prefabs management,based on construction practice of virtual simulation experimental platform using BIM,the research presents an innovative way which integrates professional knowledge with scientific achievements,and integrates on-site construction“off-line practice”with virtual simulation“on-line application”.The establishment of experimental platform considers philosophy and characteristics of prefabs embedded,analyzes the existing problems.It develops and upgrades the virtual simulation experimental technology based on BIM.
