摘要
我院模拟移动床分离制备技术取得丰硕科研成果的同时积累了丰富的教学经验。依据制药工程专业特点及人才培养目标,成功开发应用创新型本科生专业实验模拟移动床分离提纯生育酚,实现优质科研资源转化为实验教学。该实验紧密结合科研热点和工程应用,体现了我院省重点实验教学示范中心"教-学-研"一体化的教学思想,对原课程做了有益补充和深化,有效提升了学生的实践能力和科研创新能力,有助于高素质应用型人才的培养,突出了我院的市重点特色专业制药工程的专业亮点。
As research and teaching achievement,simulated moving bed technology is outstanding in authors’institute.The innovative experiment of separation and purification of tocopherols by simulated moving bed was explored and practiced successfully on the basis of talents training target.The experiment closely combines with scientific research and the engineering application,complements and deepens the original course beneficially,effectively improves the students’practice and innovation ability.The innovative experiment shows the integration of"teaching-study-research"teaching ideas of the experimental teaching demonstration center,helps to cultivate high quality applied talents,highlights the characteristic of pharmaceutical engineering major in our institute.
