强化实验室危险化学品管理的思考与实践

Consideration and Practice for Strengthening the Laboratory Management of Hazardous Chemicals

危险化学品是高校实验室的重点危险源,是引发实验室安全事故的主要因素之一。危险化学品的规范使用是目前高校实验室安全管理的难题。针对高校实验室危险化学品管理方面存在的安全教育不到位、物防设施和应急设施不足、安全管理制度滞后、安全奖惩机制不明以及监管力量不足等问题,结合学校实际情况,实施了"3+X"模式的校园安全教育"全覆盖"、加强院系两级安全管理队伍建设、改变危化品管理模式、投入资金改善危化品物防状况以及强化实验室危化品安全检查等举措,进一步增强了师生安全意识,显著提升了实验室安全管理水平,为校园安全稳定提供了基本保障。

Hazardous chemical is a kind of key hazard sources in universities,which is also a main factor for the accidents in the laboratories.At present the safety use of hazardous chemicals is a difficult target in universities due to the lack of safety education,physical protection facilities and supervisory team,lag of the safety management system and rewards and punishment system.In our university“3+X”mode of campus safety education was carried out,and laboratory safety supervisory teams were constructed in college and university levels respectively,protection facilities were established and updated,and safety inspections for hazardous chemicals were strengthened.Moreover the information management system of hazardous chemical,and reward and punishment system on the safety management were constructed recently.With the series of measures the safety awareness of the technicians and students was increased,hence safety management level was improved.All of these measures are obviously beneficial to the safety and stabilization of campus.
