摘要
黄秋葵含有多糖、果胶、黄酮、氨基酸、微量元素等多种多种生理活性物质,具有重要的保健功能和开发价值。参考近5年来的研究成果,综述黄秋葵的生理活性物质及其抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、保肝护肾等生理活性,并指出了今后的研究方向。
Okra has been provided with important physiology health function and value of application development with a variety of active substances such as polysaccharides,pectin,flavonoids,amino acids,trace elements and others.Based on the latest research result in recent 5 years,this text provides an overview of the active constituents and their biological effects that consist of antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-fatigue,immune regulation,hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic,et al.In the end,this paper points out hot areas of okra.
