高速铁路客流区段通过能力计算新方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 以扣除系数为基础的铁路通过能力计算方法属于静态确定型方法,仅在"按图行车"、设备无故障以及列车运行无延误的条件下才适用,然而实际运输生产中,列车延误与设备故障是无法避免的,此时传统计算方法必然存在缺陷。因此,本文提出一种新方法,该方法是以保证列车运行质量为决策依据,避免扣除系数取值差异对计算精度的影响,并以该区段实际列车运行状态为基础,基于动态参数,按给定反映列车运行工作质量要求水平的允许列车后效晚点时间总值等条件计算区间通过能力。实例研究结果表明,该方法不仅能够适应高速铁路客流动态变化特点,满足高速铁路适应市场竞争机制的需要,同时有利于提高铁路运输服务质量。 The deduction-coefficient-based calculation method of railway carrying capacity,as a static determination method,is applicable only under the conditions of“train operating in accordance with the train diagram”,failure-free equipment and no delay in the train operation.However,in the actual transportation,with unavoidable train delay and equipment failure,there are some defects in the application of the traditional capacity calculation method.Therefore,this paper presented a new method,which aims to avoid the influence of the difference of the deduction coefficient on calculation accuracy,based on ensuring the quality requirement of train operation.Relying on the actual running state of the current trains in the section,and based on dynamic parameters,according to the given train running work quality requirements,the carrying capacity of the section was calculated based on the conditions such as the total value of the allowable after effect delay time.The results of the case study show that the method can not only adapt to the dynamic change characteristics of passenger flow in high-speed railway,but also satisfies the needs of high-speed railway to adapt to the market competition.At the same time,it is also beneficial to the improvement of the quality of railway transportation service.
