摘要
重载运输是除高速铁路以外,铁路现代化的又一标志,重载机车牵引与制动性能的发挥效果依赖于轮轨黏着利用状况。本文首先从黏着-蠕滑现象和黏着特性两方面,简要介绍黏着基本理论;然后着重围绕制约黏着利用性能提升的关键问题,从黏着系统建模、系数辨识、故障检测、黏着控制四个方面,系统综述重载机车轮轨黏着利用近年来的研究成果,并依据机车运行工况的特点,分别评述现有成果在实际应用中的优势与不足之处。最后从复杂多变条件下黏着系统建模、黏着微小故障在线检测和多牵引动力协同分配等角度,指出轮轨黏着利用研究的未来发展趋势。
Heavy-haul transport is a symbol of railway modernization in addition to the high-speed railway.Wheel-rail adhesion utilization plays an important role in the traction and braking performance of heavy-haul locomotive.In this paper,the basic theory of wheel-rail adhesion was introduced from the aspects of adhesion-creep phenomenon and adhesion properties firstly.Then by focusing on the key issues that restrict the improvement of adhesion utilization performance,the research results in wheel-rail adhesion utilization of heavy-haul locomotive in recent years were overviewed from the following the four aspects including adhesion system modeling,adhesion coefficient identification,adhesion fault detection and adhesion control.The advantages and disadvantages of existing results were reviewed respectively according to the practical application situation in locomotive operation conditions.Finally,the development trend of wheel-rail adhesion utilization was stated from the perspectives of adhesion system modeling under complex and variable conditions,on-line micro-fault detection of adhesion,and cooperative distribution of multi-traction powers.
