多式联运LNG罐箱低温性能指标确定及测试分析 被引量:7

摘要 多式联运LNG罐箱运输周期长,运输过程安全隐患多,对产品安全性和可靠性要求高。为确保多式联运LNG罐箱的安全高效运行,通过分析影响多式联运罐箱安全高效运行的因素,给出了关键低温性能技术指标确定方法,并对国内主要制造企业的产品真空绝热性能测试结果进行了汇总和对比分析。根据实测与分析结果,指出目前多式联运LNG罐箱尚存的一些安全隐患,并给出了具有较高参考价值的多式联运LNG罐箱低温性能指标。 Intermodal transport LNG tank container has a longer transportation time and suffers from more safety risks in the transportation process,thus it has higher requirements for product safety and reliability.In order to ensure safe and efficient operation of intermodal transport LNG tank container,by analyzing the factors that influence the safe and efficient operation of LNG tank container,the methods of determining the cryogenic performance parameters were proposed.And the test results on vacuum insulation performance of the LNG tank containers from main domestic manufacturing enterprises were summarized and analyzed through comparison.According to the test and analysis results,it was pointed out that there are some safety threats with the multimodal transport LNG tank container currently,and the appropriate cryogenic performance parameters of intermodal transport LNG tank container with higher reference value were given.
