移动环境下网络舆情研究进展及述评

The Review of Network Public Opinion under Mobile Environment in China

[目的/意义]近年来,移动环境下网络舆情研究正在引发学界更多关注,同时也取得了一些有价值的研究成果。但是,这些成果多是针对具体问题进行分析,很少从全局角度对移动环境下网络舆情的进展进行研究。[方法/过程]使用文献计量法、内容分析法和知识图谱方法进行研究,首先综述了学者对移动环境下网络舆情概念的界定。随后,对移动环境下舆情研究的热点内容及研究方法进行了分析整理并进行可视化分析。基于此,分析移动环境下网络舆情研究存在的问题及未来可能的发展方向。[结果/结论]总结出移动环境下网络舆情研究热点集中在舆情传播特征、传播路径、影响因素、舆情模型构建及监督与管控方面,研究方法逐渐由以理论分析为主转为定性和定量相结合的模型分析为主。

[Purpose/Significance]In recent years,researches on network public opinion under the mobile environment are arousing more attention in the academic circles and some valuable research achievements have been made.However,most of these results are the analysis of specific problems,and there is less research on the network public opinion under the mobile environment from the global perspective.[Method/Process]The article uses bibliometrics,content analysis and knowledge mapping methods to study the status quo of research on network public opinion under the mobile environment.The article first summarizes the definition of network public opinion under the mobile environment.Then,the hot content and research methods of public opinion research under the mobile environment are analyzed and visualized.Based on this,the problems existing in the research of network public opinion under the mobile environment and the possible future development of it are analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]It is concluded that the research hot spots under the mobile environment focus on the characteristics of public opinion communication,the path of transmission,influencing factors,the construction of public opinion model and the supervision and control of public opinion,the research method has gradually changed from theoretical analysis to model analysis of the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.
