摘要
为了明确甘南州临潭县青稞根际土壤养分含量、酶活性和微生物数量与根腐病的关系,以临潭县10个青稞主产区为研究对象,调查根腐病发生情况,同时采集健株和病株根际土壤,研究其养分含量、酶活性和微生物数量对根腐病的影响。结果表明,10个地区青稞根腐病田间发病率5%~20%。青稞根际土壤有效磷和速效钾与发病呈正相关,而铵态氮和硝态氮呈负相关。土壤过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶与发病呈负相关,而纤维素酶呈正相关。发病青稞根际土壤微生物数量细菌>放线菌>真菌,土壤细菌和放线菌与发病呈负相关,而真菌呈正相关。青稞根际土壤养分含量对根腐病的影响较小,酶活性和微生物数量对其影响较大。
In order to determine the relationship between root rot disease and soil nutrient content,enzyme activity,and microbial number in rhizosphere of naked barley in Lintan county,Gannan state,Gansu province,root rot disease was investigated in 10 main production areas.Rhizosphere soils of healthy plants and diseased ones were collected.The effects of root rot disease on rhizosphere soil nutrient content,enzyme activity,and microbial biomass were studied.The results showed that the incidence rate in 10 areas reached 5%~20%.Available phosphorus and available potassium were positively correlated with the incidence of root rot,while ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen were negatively correlated with the incidence of root rot.Root rot disease was negatively correlated with soil catalase,alkaline phosphatase,urease,and invertase,but positively correlated with cellulose.Microbial biomass around rhizosphere soil were bacteria>actinomycetes>fungi.There was a negative correlation between bacteria and actinomycetes,while a positive correlation was found about fungi.The nutrient content of rhizosphere soil had little effect on root rot disease,while soil enzyme activity and microbial biomass had great influence on it.
