摘要
针对下一代无线通信网络需求提出了一种基于硅基集成的微波光子前端,它可以实现多波段、可重构和软件定义的微波光子信号处理。设计并实现了一种微波光子前端芯片,并初步测试了其性能,它可以实现可调谐上下变频和微波信号处理功能。
On account of the next-generation wireless communication networks,a microwave photonic front end based on silicon integration is proposed.It has the advantages of broad operating bandwidth,reconfigurability and software-defining on microwave photonic signal processing.A microwave photonic frontends chip is proposed and its performance is preliminarily tested,which contains the signal processing units of the up/down-conversion,phase shifting and filtering.
