《茶川潜氏宗谱》为南宋末年名宦潜说友家族的宗谱。该宗谱明代以前部分,收有多篇宋代潜氏族人传记,并收有一篇已佚南宋官员朱端肃的墓志铭,可补《全宋文》之阙,清代部分则收有其家族祠记以及族规记文,是研究南宋末年政治及南宋名宦潜说友事迹极具价值的资料。
