临床路径的发展与我国实践

Development of clinical pathway and its practice in China

临床路径是过程管理工具,它利用最优证据帮助医务人员提高医疗服务的效果和效率。但是,我国临床路径的实施程度还不高。临床医师对临床路径的认可度不高,相关政策和管理的激励不足,医院信息系统缺陷,相关研究缺乏,都影响了临床路径的实施。医疗费用支付方式改革将是临床路径实施的重要助推力。

Clinical pathways are instruments of process management,which take advantage of best evidences to assist medical professionals to improve effectiveness and efficiency of medical services.However,clinical pathways have not been sufficiently implemented in China.Relatively low recognition of physicians,inadequate incentives for relevant policies and management,the deficiency of hospital information system,and the lack of relevant researches affect the implementation of clinical pathways.The medical payment reform will be an important driving force for the implementation of clinical pathways.
