中医医院综合评分体系的构建

The construction of a comprehensive scoring system for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals

目的科学有效地构建中医医院的综合评分体系,为客观评价中医医院综合实力提供工具。方法邀请44位专家,运用德尔菲法构建适用于中医医院医疗质量的综合评价体系。结果咨询专家具有高权威性,专家咨询意见具有一致性。构建的中医医院综合评价体系包括3项一级指标、16项二级指标以及相应权重。其中硬件设施指标4项、管理水平指标6项、专业技术水平指标6项。结论课题构建的中医医院医疗质量综合评价体系可为评价中医医院提供评价工具。

Objective To scientifically construct a comprehensive scoring system for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals,and provide a tool for an objective evaluation on the comprehensive strength of TCM hospital.Methods The Delphi method was used to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of medical quality of TCM hospitals.Forty-four experts were invited to participate in the consultation.Results Experts were authoritative and achieved highly consistent opinions.The constructed comprehensive evaluation system of TCM hospitals consisted of three primary indicators,sixteen secondary indicators and corresponding weights.Among them,there were four indicators on the facilities,six indicators on the management level and six indicators on the level of expertise.Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation system of TCM hospitals constructed in this project can provide an evaluation tool for TCM hospitals.
