摘要
动力电池系统是电动车辆的动力源和核心部件,其动力特性直接关系到整车的性能,特别是在低温工况下,如何科学有效地提高电池内部材料的活性,减少低温对电池包充电、放电性能和放电容量的影响。以某种锂电池为对象,通过CFD模拟分析、电池包热场仿真分析、研究及PTC加热过程的跟踪试验,形成了电池箱及热管理控制方案,通过阶段性温度均衡,改善了电池箱内部温度场的一致性,满足了整车性能要求。
Power battery system is the power source and core component of an electric vehicle,whose dynamic characteristics are directly related to the performance of the vehicle,especially in low temperature condition.In order to study how to improve the activity of the internal materials of battery scientifically and effectively,reduce the influence of low temperature to battery pack charging and discharging performance and the discharge capacity,this paper takes a kind of lithium battery as the object,through CFD simulation analysis,thermal field simulated analysis of battery pack,research and tracking test of PTC heating process,forms the battery box and thermal management control scheme,improves the consistency of internal temperature field of battery box through periodic equilibrium temperature,to meet the performance requirements of the vehicle.
