摘要
文章研究了某味精精制废水处理工程的脱氮机理。该工程采用A/O工艺设计,实验测定期间,工程进水流量、COD、总凯氏氮(TKN)分别为(1 270±335) m3/d、(1 724±897) mg/L、(93.5±41.5) mg/L,出水COD、TKN、总氮(TN)分别为(10.4±5.1)、(0.6±0.4)、(7.2±1.5) mg/L,COD、TKN、TN平均去除率分别为99.4%、99.4%、91.7%。实验结果表明:系统高效脱氮是由于A池污泥反硝化活性高和O池前端发生了显著的同时硝化反硝化所致,分别占TN去除总量的56%和44%。
the research on the treatment project for denitrification mechanism of monosodium glutamate refining wa-stewater is introduced.A/O technological design has been used in the project.In the determination period,as the in-fluent flux of the project is(1 270±335)m3/d,COD(1 724±897)mg/L,and TKN(93.5±41.5)mg/L,the effluent COD,TKN,and TN are(10.4±5.1),(0.6±0.4),and(7.2±1.5)mg/L,respectively.The average removing rates of COD,TKN and TN are 99.4%,99.4%and 91.7%respectively.It is obtained from the material balance that in the system,the de-nitrification capacity by anoxic denitrification is 56%of the total denitrification capacity,and the denitrification ca-pacity by simultaneous nitrification-dentrification is 44%of the total denitrification capacity.Further research shows that high-efficient denitrification of the system is because the sludge has high denitrification activity in Tank A,and remarkable simultaneous nitrification-dentrification is occurs in the start part of Tank O.
