摘要
基于广义有限元法和子结构法,建立了通过膜片联轴器耦合的双齿轮箱传动系统的动力学模型,通过傅里叶级数法进行求解,获得了耦合系统各啮合副上的动态啮合力和各轴承上的动态轴承力,并与未耦合联轴器的各单独子系统的动力学分析结果进行了对比。结果表明,耦合对于动态啮合力的影响较小,而对于动态轴承力的影响较大,尤其是对与联轴器同轴系上的轴承作用尤为明显;且耦合作用使得动态啮合力和动态轴承力中均增加了其他频率成分,但幅值较小。
Based on the generalized finite element method and the substructure method,a dynamics model of the double gearbox transmission system coupled by the diaphragm coupling is established.The dynamic meshing forces and the dynamic bearing forces are calculated through the Fourier method,which are then compared with the results without considering the coupled effects.The result shows that the coupled effects on meshing pairs are small,while effects on bearings are more significant especially on those close to the coupling,and when considering the coupled effects,the dynamic meshing force and dynamic bearing forces emerge other frequencies,but the amplitudes of them are small.
